I'm looking at the files and none of them seems modified by hand in that period, so I guess I just tinkered with the settings until it worked. To decrypt the text you were suppose to shift back 3 positions. Instead you chose to shift forward. That's good too, you can shift 23 positions forward to get the same results but you mistakenly used modulo 27 instead of 26 (we use modulo 26 because there are 26 letters in the alphabet).
